Larry Isaac, PhD spent 30 years as a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology at the University Of Illinois College Of Medicine in Chicago. He retired from the University in 1999 as Professor Emeritus of Medical Pharmacology, see me at: www.uic.edu/~isaac

During his tenure as Professor he became involved in real estate investment and was the principal in a variety of real estate transactions.

These transactions included buying and selling income property in Chicago, IL, Los Angeles, CA and Palm Springs, CA.

These transactions included buying and selling single family residences in Chicago, IL, Buchanan, MI, Corpus Christi, TX and Palm Springs, CA.

These transactions included buying and selling unimproved vacant land in Kenosha, WI and Corpus Christi, TX.

With over 38 years experience and 26 transactions as a real estate investor Larry built strong relationships with lenders and mastered the art of negotiation.

He is familiar with procedures involved in leasing rental property, property management, and 1031 Starker exchanges which defer the capitol gains tax on the sale of real estate investment property.

Since 1973 he managed his own apartment complexes and is capable of doing the same for you. Larry is versatile. He is capable of helping you buy, sell, lease or manage your property.

He earned his California real estate license January 2007 and earned his Broker license October 2011.
